Products that are damaged or defective are subject to a full refund minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, kindly email customerservice@joliicosmetics.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Processing time for returns takes 3-5 business days from the time the return is received.

Jolii is pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S orders over $75 and international orders over $90.

$5.95 flat fee for regular mail by USPS on all U.S orders
$8.95 flat fee for priority mail by USPS on all U.S orders

$14.95 flat fee for standard mail by USPS on all international orders (no tracking number)

$24.95 flat fee for priority mail by USPS on all international orders (with tracking number)

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by holidays, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carriers.

We are not responsible for any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the order exits the United States.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All JOLII orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST may ship the following business day. Likewise, orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day. When possible, orders with Overnight or Express service will be processed the same day if received by 12 Noon EST. Orders placed by 12 noon EST usually ship the same day.
